Since the 1870s artists have been drawn to the East End of Long Island for its extraordinary light and bucolic vistas. With Long Island Landscapes we celebrate the joyous plein air tradition of the region. Generations of artists have memorialized our fields and water views, a practice which grows perhaps more important each year in light of the ever encroaching changes to our beloved local landscape. Join us in honoring both the rich artistic and environmental heritage of the East End.
